Privacy Policy

This policy explains how THB — The House of Business (“THB”, “we”) handles personal data when you use the website seo.thb.com.bd and the THB SEO platform at seo.thb.com.bd/app (together, “THB SEO”).

Who is responsible

THB — The House of Business, Level 10, Shyamoli Square, Dhaka 1207, Bangladesh. Mobile +8801805-564599, telephone +8809639-321355. Open daily 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

What we collect

Account data: your name, email address and an encrypted (hashed) password when you create an account.
Billing data: the plan or service you buy, amounts, dates and payment references. Card and mobile-banking details are handled by SSLCommerz or the payment provider you choose; we never see or store full card numbers.
What you enter in the tools: domains, keywords, questions and project settings, so we can show your reports and history.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and the pages you use, kept in server logs for security and to prevent abuse.
Google Search Console data, only if you choose to connect it — see the next section.

Google user data (Google Search Console)

If you press “Connect with Google”, you sign in with Google and allow THB SEO read-only access to Google Search Console (scope webmasters.readonly) and your Google account email address.

What we access: the list of Search Console properties you can see, and their search performance data — queries, pages, countries, devices, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position. We also read your Google account email address to show which account is connected.
How we use it: only to show these reports to you inside your THB SEO account, and to calculate suggestions such as “striking distance” keywords. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Who sees it: only you, and THB SEO staff when you ask us for support or have bought a managed service from us. We do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires.
How we store it: the Google access token is stored encrypted (AES-256). Report data is cached on our server for up to 8 days to make the pages fast, then deleted.
How to remove it: press “Disconnect” on the Search Console page. We revoke the token with Google and delete it immediately. You can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

THB SEO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use personal data

To provide the platform, run the reports you ask for and keep your history.
To take payments, issue invoices and send service emails such as renewal reminders.
To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

Third-party services we use

To produce reports we send the domains, keywords or questions you enter (never your personal details) to data providers such as DataForSEO, Google PageSpeed Insights and AI assistants (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Perplexity). Payments are processed by SSLCommerz. Each provider handles that data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep data

Account data is kept while your account is open. Billing records are kept as long as Bangladesh tax law requires. Cached report data is deleted after 8 days; detailed site-audit data after 120 days. When you close your account we delete your personal data, except records we must keep by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us using the details on the contact page. We reply within 30 days.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, Google tokens are encrypted, and access to our servers is restricted to authorised staff.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell account holders by email.
