Terms of Service

These terms apply to seo.thb.com.bd, its free tools and the THB SEO platform, provided by THB — The House of Business, Level 10, Shyamoli Square, Dhaka 1207, Bangladesh. By using THB SEO you agree to them.

Accounts

• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• One person or business per account. Do not share logins or resell access without a written agreement.

Plans, payment and renewal

• Paid plans and managed services are charged in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) for the period you choose.
• Access ends when the paid period ends, after a short grace period. We remind you by email before that.
• Fees already paid are not refunded for a period that has started, unless the law requires it or we fail to provide the service.
• Usage limits (reports, tracked keywords, audit pages, AI checks) depend on your plan.

Fair use

Do not use THB SEO to break the law, to scrape or overload the platform, to attack other websites, or to crawl sites you are not allowed to crawl. We may suspend accounts that do.

Data and results

• Reports combine data from Google and other third-party providers. Search volumes, traffic and difficulty scores are estimates.
• Search Console data shown to you comes directly from Google and belongs to you. See the Privacy Policy.
• No one can guarantee rankings on Google or mentions by AI assistants. We do not promise specific positions or traffic.

Managed services

For done-for-you packages, the work included is listed on the package and in your account. We follow Google’s guidelines: no paid links, no fake reviews, no cloaking.

Liability

THB SEO is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.
